Nice work, great face! Maybe his right (our left) wing needs a little more detailing.

Nice mood!.....his right arm looks a little thin...his left arm seems to need a suport....and the folds of the pants need a little more work.

nice texture! the edges on the top part right wing ( our right ) maybe a little tight cropped in my opinion.

Moody painting. I like the colors
The perspective and body proportions are off. His head is too big, torso too short, the hand looks weird
I like his wings
Why everything has this strange bright outline?
Check out some references for the pants folds - cause his look kinda unnatural
All the space above him looks unnecessary and doesn't solve the composition - cause the guy is still doesn't have enough space for his wings. I think you can cut the left wing - but giving some space to the right could change the whole picture to another level
Nice atmosphere and good work.
keep it up

I really like the muted colors and color scheme. regarding bird anatomy: it appears you've drawn feathers from both a flightless bird (ie, emu, ostritch) in which the feathers appear soft and don't hold form and a flying bird where feathers are stiff and 'in-place'. if you are interested in a realistic look--the suggestion is to choose one type of feather rather than combine the two. hope this is helpful

Phos; regarding your critique, the commissioner instructed me that the wings were to NOT be like a realistic bird's, but feathered all the same.
